About Us
Yellowhammer Wood Fired Catering is based in Livermore, CA, serving the Tri-Valley. The name Yellowhammer is inspired by the owner, Jarrett Powell, ties to the state of Alabama. His ties to the state started with his family owning a famous BBQ restaurant in the Mobile Bay area to his time attending and graduating from The University Of Alabama.
Truck Setup
Our beautiful truck setup is our take on a restaurant on wheels. We are incredibly proud that our oven is the first in the world, the Forno Bravo Viaggio 110 model of 2023. This oven and truck help us provide a high standard of service to all our customers and venues.
Trailer Setup
Our Trailer Setup is great for events with limited space available. Our trailer has two wood-fired ovens, a sink, and a refrigerated prep station. All to ensure we provide the highest quality food and food handling safety.
